By using VoteMatch, users agree that the service is an informational civic tool and not a political instruction, endorsement or substitute for their own judgement.

Permitted use

Users may use VoteMatch for personal civic information, research and comparison. Misuse, scraping that harms the service, false representation of results or attempts to interfere with the tool are not permitted.

Accuracy and updates

VoteMatch uses a defined count-based comparison method and official source information, but political information changes. Results should be read with the displayed review dates, source limits and confidence notes.

No endorsement

Displaying a political party in a result does not mean VoteMatch endorses that party or recommends voting for it.
