VoteMatch is designed to minimise personal data collection. The initial static build does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, identity number or account registration.
Questionnaire answers
In this build, questionnaire answers are processed in the user's browser to generate a result. They are not sent to a server by the VoteMatch code and are not linked to an identified person by default.
Cookies and analytics
VoteMatch does not intentionally set analytics or visit-counter cookies in the public static build.
Technical logs and third-party infrastructure
Hosting and network providers may create ordinary technical logs needed to serve the website. VoteMatch does not store questionnaire answers, visit-counter records or direct identity details in an application database.
External links
VoteMatch may link to official Parliament, IEC and political-party websites for source transparency. Those websites have their own privacy practices.
